I have been an occupational therapist for 20 years. I have experience in a variety of diagnosis including autism, ADHD, various genetic conditions, cerebral palsy, and premature babies just to name a few. I have worked with a lot of g-tube dependent babies to get them eating orally. I have worked in a variety of pediatric settings over the years. I work with children in the Missouri First Steps program, schools, out patient clinics and rehab hospitals. Each experience has bettered me as a therapist and taught me so much. I believe all children can achieve any goal and I love getting to be part of the process of watching children achieve their dreams. Outside of being an occupational therapist I am the mother of 4 children. My children are my world. When I am not at work they keep me busy and we enjoy going on outings, horse back riding, family movie nights and just hanging out together. As a mother I understand how much it means to help your child reach all of their goals. I also understand the struggles of motherhood and raising children. I enjoy working with families so that the entire family can feel like they are included in the therapy process.
